| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaobírá oblastí starších osob na trhu práce v České republice. Vytyčeným cílem práce je provést analýzu postavení starších osob na trhu práce v ČR v komparaci se zeměmi Evropy za účelem nalezení možných směrů řešení a kroků, které by vedli k podpoře zaměstnanosti a ekonomické aktivity zmíněné věkové skupiny. V teoretické části práce budou vymezena základní východiska tématu, aktuální situace osob s věkem nad 50 let na trhu práce a nástroje na podporu zaměstnanosti starších osob především v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ČR. Praktická část práce se bude opírat zejména o komparativní analýzu. Porovnána bude situace starších pracovníků v ČR se zeměmi Evropy se zaměřením na Norsko, Německo, Finsko a Francii prostřednictvím relevantních ukazatelů ekonomické aktivity a neaktivity. Poté bude objasněna podpora osob 50+ na trhu práce v praxi zmíněných zemí Evropy. Na závěr budou sumarizovány zjištěné poznatky a uvedeny návrhy možných směrů řešení a kroků vedoucí k podpoře zaměstnanosti a ekonomické aktivity. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the area of older people on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The stated goal of the thesis is to analyze the position of the elderly on the labor market in the Czech Republic in comparison with the countries of Europe in order to find possible directions of the solutions and steps that would lead to promote the employment and economic activity of the mentioned age group. The theoretical part of the thesis will define the basic starting points of the topic, the current situation of people over the age of 50 on the labor market and tools for supporting the employment of older persons, especially within the active employment policy of the Czech Republic. The practical part will be based on comparative analysis. The situation of older workers in the Czech Republic with the countries of Europe will be compared, focusing on Norway, Germany, Finland and France, through relevant indicators of economic activity and inactivity. Then, the support of people over the age of 50 in the labor markets of the mentioned European countries will be clarified. In conclusion, the findings will be sumerized and proposals for possible directions of the solutions and steps leading to promote employment and economic activity will be presented. |
