Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Návrh sady praktik pro přechod na projektové řízení s prvky agility a klade si za úkol vylepšení stávajících praktik na aplikaci Cenotvorba, a to zavedením hybridního přístupu k projektovému řízení. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav a procesy aplikace Cenotvorba a navrhnout sadu praktik pro přechod na projektové řízení s prvky agility. Navržené praktiky hybridního řízení jsou založeny na kombinaci stávajícího vodopádového modelu obohaceného o prvky agilní metodiky Scrum. Výsledkem práce je sada praktik rozdělená do tří fází postupného přechodu na finální řešení hybridního přístupu k řízení projektu. Obsahem práce jsou teoretické základy projektového řízení, jako je vodopádový model a další modely životních cyklů, a termíny nezbytné k pochopení problematiky projektového řízení. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je porovnání a popis tradičních a agilních metodik se zaměřením na agilní metodiku Scrum. Součástí praktické části práce je detailní analýza pracovních postupů týmu aplikace Cenotvorba. Na základě analýzy jsou sepsána doporučení pro efektivnější a lépe organizovanou práci celého týmu.

Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic Designing a set of practices for transition to project management with elements of agility and aims to improve the existing practices for Cenotvorba application through implementing a hybrid approach to project management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state and processes of Cenotvorba application and to propose a set of practices for the transition to project management with elements of agility. The proposed hybrid management practices are based on a combination of an existing waterfall model enriched with Scrum, an agile methodology. The resultof the thesis is a set of practices divided into three phases of gradual transition to the final solution of hybrid approach to project management. The content of the thesis consists of the theoretical foundations of project management, such as the waterfall model and other life cycle models, and the terminology necessary to understand the problems project management. An inseparable part of the theoretical part is the comparison and description oftraditional and agile methodologies focusing on Scrum, an agile methodology. Case part of the thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of the work procedures of the Cenotvorba team. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations are made for a more efficient and betterorganized work of the whole team.
