| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou hypotečních úvěrů na bankovním a nebankovním trhu v České republice. V úvodní části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé typy hypoték, které jsou rozděleny na základě různých kritérií. Poté je podrobně popsán průběh poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru. Druhá část se zabývá historickému vývoji hypotečního trhu, legislativní úpravou a státní podporou. Třetí část analyzuje konkrétní hypoteční produkty na bankovním a nebankovním hypotečním trhu. |

In the introduction are characterized types of mortgage loans which are divided by different criteria. In the further section there is description of the mortgage process. Second part of this thesis deals with historical market development, legislation and support of the state. Third part analyses the specific mortgage loans on bank and non-bank market. |
