| Abstract: | The main aim of this master thesis is to analyze attitudes and perceptions mainly of Generation Y and Generation X towards two very different types of work, environment X and environment Y. The perception will be analyzed on the concrete example of German company “SAP”. There is also important to analyze and understand the values and perceptions of Generations on the work environment, changes and the management. The following research questions were defined in order to reach the aim of the Master thesis: 1. What are differences between Generation Y and Generation X and their attitude towards work environment?2. How do different generations see the motivation and trust (do they care about trust) at work?3. What is the perception of employees working in the modern work environment? 4. Are Millennials happy to work in the modern work environment and would like Generation X work in the modern work environment as well? |

| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat postoje a vnímání především Generace Y a Generace X k dvěma velmi rozdílným typům práce, prostředí X a prostředí Y. Vnímání bude analyzováno na konkrétním příkladu německé společnosti "SAP". Je také důležité analyzovat a porozumět hodnotám a vnímání generací ohledně pracovního prostředí, změn a řízení. Následující výzkumné otázky byly definovány za účelem dosažení cíle diplomové práce:1. Jaké jsou rozdíly mezi generací Y a generací X a jejich postojem k pracovnímu prostředí?2. Jak různé generace vidí v práci motivaci a důvěru (starají se o důvěru)?3. Jaké jsou vnímání zaměstnanců pracujících v moderním pracovním prostředí?4. Jsou milovníci rádi, že pracují v moderním pracovním prostředí a že Generace X bude pracovat i v moderním pracovním prostředí? |
