| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na tabákový průmysl v ČR. Popisuje historii, současný stav a vý-hledové trendy do budoucna. Jsou zde popsány metody procesního managementu, které jsou následně použity v praktické části práce a které jsou podloženy hodnota-mi ze zpracované statistiky. Ačkoliv je práce zpracovávána v blíže nespecifikované společnosti, statistika a výsledky reprezentují skutečné data a kroky. |
