| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a komparace solventnostních kapitálových požadavků pojišťoven působících na českém pojistném trhu. V první části práce je představena legislativa vztahující se ke kapitálovým požadavkům, řízení rizik a Zprávám o solventnosti a finanční situaci. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výběr porovnávaných pojišťoven pro následnou analýzu. Ve třetí části se zabývám analýzou vybraných pojišťoven se zaměřením na jejich kapitálový požadavek a jeho strukturu. V závěrečné čtvrté části jsou porovnány výsledky předchozích analýz mezi konkrétními pojišťovnami nejen z hlediska kapitálových požadavků. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and compare the solvency capital requirements of insurance companies operating on the Czech insurance market. The first part of the thesis presents legislation regarding capital requirements, risk management and Solvency and Financial Report. The second part of the thesis is focused on the selection of insurance companies for further analysis. In the third part I deal with the analysis of selected insurance companies focusing on their capital requirement and its structure. In the final fourth part the results of previous analysis among particular insurance companies are compared not only in terms of capital requirements. |
