| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá součanou českou ilustrací a její rolí v umělecké a komerční sféře. Teoretická část uvádí základní definice a vymezení ilustrace z hlediska uměleckého a komerčního. Obsahuje rozdělení druhů ilustrace a přehled základních ilustrátorských technik. Dále se věnuje současným českým tvůrcům a organizacím, které se podílejí na podpoře české ilustrátorské scény. V neopslední řadě zahrnuje také shrnutí důležitých eventů a festivalů týkajících se ilustrace. Tématem praktické části je postup procesu výroby ilustrovaných přání značky Listonoš, kterou plánujeme založit se spolužačkou Alexandrou Bendovou. Tato část popisuje teoretický postup výroby papírových přání od prvotního napádu až po tisk hotového produktu. Teoretické postupy jsou dále aplikovány na vlastní výrobu produktů. Přínosem této práce je nástin současné situace v české ilustraci, představit důležité osobnosti a sdružení, které stojí za jejím rozvojem a zároveň provést postupem výroby ilustrovaných přání. |

| Abstract: | This dissertation is exploring the topic of contemporary Czech illustration and its role in the artistic and commercial sphere.The theoretical section will introduce elementary definitions as well as the artistic and commercial specification of illustration. This section contains categorisation of types of illustration and an overview of the fundamental techniques. It will also introduce some contemporary Czech creators an organisations that support the Czech illustrator scene. Last but not least, it contains a summary of important events and festivals concerning illustration. The content of the practical section is a method description of manufacturing illustrated cards of the Listonos brand. The brand is a project we plan to realise with a course mate Alexandra Bendova. This section describes the theory of the manufacturing method from the first idea to the actual printing process of the finished product. The method theory is then used in the manufacturing itself. As well as while demonstrating the manufacturing of illustrated cards, the goal of this work is to outline the scene of contemporary Czech illustration, introduce important personalities and organisations that support it. |
