| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza nabídky trhu s IT řešením pro podporu řízení kosmetického salonu. Na začátku mé práce definuji konkrétní kosmetický salon, pro který bude dále hledáno vhodné IT řešení. Následně provedu analýzu procesů dle metody MMABP a uvedu jejich informační potřebu. V závěrečné části práce provedu průzkum a zhodnocení současného stavu IT trhu pro oblast kosmetických salonu. Předpokládám, že zjištěné výsledky práce pomohou především majitelům a vedoucím pracovníkům kosmetických salonů, případně dalším salonům krásy a odvětvím byznysu, které mají velmi podobné klíčové procesy a také podnikatelům, kteří plánují salon založit. Výsledky mé práce mohou také zaujmout vývojáře, které díky lepšímu pochopení tohoto typu podnikaní budou moci zlepšit současné řešení nebo navrhnout nový software na míru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the market offer in area IT solutions for supporting beauty salon. At the beginning of my work, I define a specific beauty salon, for which I will be looking for an appropriate IT solution. Then I will analyze the processes according to the MMABP method and mention their information needs. In the final part of my thesis I will research and evaluate the current state of the IT market for beauty salons. I assume that the results of the work will help primarily the owners and managers of cosmetic salons, or other beauty salons and business sectors with very similar key processes as well as the entrepreneurs who plan to establish the salon. The results of my work can also be attracted by developers who, thanks to a better understanding of this type of business, can improve current solutions or design new customized software. |
