| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá prozkoumáním teorie spojené s technologií chatbotů a následně praktickým využitím nastudované teorie, pro návrh a implementaci vlastního chatbota. Dále jsou k tomu využity poznatky z analýzy trhu již existujících chatbotů v oblasti letecké dopravy. Přínosem práce je postup návrhu a implementace chatbota a také srovnání aktuálního stavu na trhu chatbotů v letecké dopravě.Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout a implementovat chatbot pro specifickou část letecké dopravy, v tomto případě části odbavování zavazadel.V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s historií, evolucí a současností v technologii chatbotů. Analytická část je tvořena analýzou trhu s chatboty v letecké dopravě a s nimi souvisejícími nástroji. V praktické části je popsán návrh a implementace chatbota a nástroje využity pro jejich tvorbu. Součástí je také ohodnocení vytvořeného virtuálního asistenta na základě kritérií stanovených v analytické části práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis explores theory behind chatbot technology and using this knowledge for designing and implementing own chatbots. Information acquired from market analysis of chatbots in air travel is also used. Benefit of this thesis is the guide for designing and implementing chatbots. Another benefit is analysis of the current state of the chatbot market in air travel.The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement a chatbot for specific part of air travel. In this case it is a chatbot for luggage handling.In theoretical part of the thesis, reader is informed about the history, evolution a present state of the chatbot technology. Market analysis of chatbots in air travel and related tools will be the focus of the analytical part of this thesis. Practical part of this thesis is composed of design and implementation plan and description of tools used to develop the chatbot. Comparison of the created chatbot using criteria established in the analytical part is also included. |
