| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice a ekono-mických dopadů její realizace s následnou prognózou celkového hospodaření společnosti. V teoretické části bude popsána investiční teorie, dále pak metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic a finanční analýza z důvodu hodnocení finanční situace podniku. V další části diplomové práce bude čtenář seznámen s autobusovou dopravou a její nejdůležitější legislativou, která ovlivňuje provozování této služby. Metody rozebírané v teoretické části budou aplikovány v části praktické na konkrétní zjištěné údaje ve společnosti ZAME dopravní s.r.o. Výstupem práce bude zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti plánované investice a zjištění dopadů a nastínění budoucího vývoje hospodaření zkoumané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment and its impact on the entire economy with subsequent prognosis of the company’s overall performance. The theoretical part describes the investment theory, methods of evaluation of economy efficiency and chosen ratio indexes of financial analysis for company´s evaluation are summerized. Then it focuses on the operation of bus transport and the most important legislation for the operation of this service.In practical part, the methods analyzed in the theoretical part are employed for specific details found in ZAME dopravní lnc. The outcome of the thesis is a evaluation of the economic efficiency of the planned investments and complex summary of economy impacts with subsequent prognosis of the company’s overall performance. |
