| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vypracování deskriptivní případové studie dle Roberta K. Yina. Deskriptivní případová studie pozoruje jev převzetí nového klienta ICT outsourcingovou firmou. Zároveň má práce za úkol popsat tendence a postupy, které ICT outsourcingová společnosti při převzetí vykazuje, jaké problémy a možná rizika se při převzetí projeví a celý případ zhodnotit.Práce se soustředí zejména na obchodní hledisko převzetí a popisuje převzetí nového klienta od první kontaktu s klientem, přes návrh nabídky na podporu a správu ICT infrastruktury, tvorbu smlouvy, až po samotné přebrání podpory a správy infastruktury klienta.Přínosem této bakalářské práce je v poznání jevu, kterým je proces převzetí správy ICT infrastruktury outsourcingovou firmou a následná aplikace informací na podobné jevy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on elaboration of descriptive case study defined by Robert K. Yin. A descriptive case study describes takeover of new client by ICT outsourcing company. Moreover this thesis describe the trends and practises use during the takeover, what problems and possible risks will manifest during the takeover and evaluation of the takeover.This thesis focuses mainly on the business aspect of the takeover and describes the takeover of a new client, begining with first contact with the client, through the offer proposal to support and manage the ICT infrastructure, the contract creation, and the takeover of support and administration of the client's infrastructure itself.Benefit of this bachelor thesis is knowledge of the phenomenon, which is the proces of taking over the ICT infrastructure by outsourcing company and subsequent application of information on similar phenomena. |
