| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vývojem webové aplikace pro spravování ujednaných souhlasů s lékárnami za použití skriptovacího programovacího jazyka PHP. Práce si klade za cíl nahradit stávající způsob uzavírání souhlasů papírovým zpracováním do podoby elektronické ve společnosti Cemio Switzerland AG.První část práce je zaměřena na teoretickou oblast, kde je vysvětlen pojem souhlas, jakým procesem se současně zpracovává, jaká je spokojenost se starým systémem a proč je nezbytné přejít na elektronickou aplikaci. Do této části částečně spadají nástroje, které byly při vývoji užity.V druhé části práce se autor zabývá návrhem a vývojem webové aplikace. V jejím úvodu lze najít požadavky, které jsou pro aplikaci vyžadovány. V následujících kapitolách autor navrhuje vhodnou databázovou strukturu, řeší bezpečnost, autorizaci a autentizaci a zaobírá se dílčími problémy, jenž aplikace přináší. Závěrečná kapitola pojednává o výsledku práce a nastiňuje budoucí vylepšení aplikace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is about development of a web application for the administration of agreement with pharmacies by PHP scripting programming language. The main target of this thesis is to replace the paper form agreement to an electronic form at Cemio Switzerland AG.The first part is focused on the theoretical area, where the agreement is explained. Description of the current process, what is the satisfaction with the old system and why it is necessary to move to electronic form. This section partly includes the tools that were used in development.In the second part, the author deals with the design and development of the web application. In its introduction we can find the requirements that are required for the application. In the following chapters, the author proposes a suitable database structure, sets security, authorization, and authentication, and deals with the partial problems that the application brings. The final chapter deals with the outcome of the work and suggests a possible improvement of the application. |
