| Abstract: | Diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře se základními principy štíhlé a efektivní vý-roby, vycházející z Toyota Production System. TPS je považován za základ pro všechny další způsoby řízení výroby, zacílené na tvorbu přidané hodnoty pro zá-kazníka a zkrácení průběžné doby zpracování zakázky od jejího přijetí až po dodání ke koncovému zákazníkovi. Na základě literární rešerše zkoumající uplatňování principů a nástrojů štíhlé výroby od jejích počátků v polovině 19. století až po sou-časné trendy, byl navržen a realizován průzkum úrovně uplatňování těchto zásad a nástrojů v české pobočce skupiny Grass. Průzkum ukázal velice nízkou úroveň uplatňování zásad a chaotické nebo žádné využívání nástrojů štíhlé výroby. Bylo proto vybráno pracoviště, na kterém byl nejprve analyzován způsob a míra využití a následně implementována metoda 5S pro uspořádání a organizaci pracoviště. Ten-to pilotní projekt umožnil společnosti Grass CZECH s. r. o. nastartovat další proces zavádění metod a uplatňování principů štíhlé výroby. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis introduces the reader to the basic principles of lean and efficient production based on the Toyota Production System. TPS is the basis for all other ways of manufacturing control, aimed at creating added value for the customer and shortening the continuous processing time from receive to delivering to the end customer. Based on a literary research examining the application of the principles and instruments of lean manufacturing from its beginnings in the mid-19th century to the present trends, a survey of the level of application of these principles and tools was designed and implemented in the Czech branch of the Grass Group. The survey showed a very low level of application of principles and a chaotic or no use of lean manufacturing tools. Therefore, a workplace was selected where the method and rate of use were first analyzed and the 5S method for organizing and organizing the workplace was subsequently implemented. This pilot project enabled Grass CZECH Ltd. to launch a further process of introducing methods and applying the principles of lean manufacturing. |
