| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a analýzou procesu akvizice nových zákazníků na trhu peer to peer úvěrování. Toto bude dosaženo popisem fungování abstraktní platformy, poskytující peer to peer půjčky pomocí metodiky MMABP. V rámci metodiky MMABP, zmíněný výše proces, bude popsán s využitím notace BPMN do detailu. Navíc k tomu bude navržen globální model procesu pomocí modelového systému Eriksson-Penker. Za účelem popsání statické reality, ve které probíhá proces, je využita metodika UML.Praktická část využívá poznatků z teoretické části, která obsahuje popis Business Proces Model Notation, metodiku modelování, analýzu podnikových procesů a podstatu peer to peer úvěrování.Výstupní modely jsou vhodné pro generováni XML dokumentů, které mohou být využité k simulaci procesu, dokumentaci části byznys modelů, modelováni skutečnosti a reinženýring stávajících procesů reálných firem. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is Processes of peer-to-peer lending. This thesis deals with the design and analysis of the process of acquisition of new customers on peer to peer lending markets. This will be achieved by describing the functioning of the abstract platform, which provides peer to peer loans, using the MMABP methodology. Within the MMABP methodology, the process will be described in detail using the BPMN notation. In addition, a global process model will be developed using the Eriksson-Penker model.To describe the static reality in which the process take place, the UML methodology is used. The practical part exploits knowledge from the theoretical part, which contains a description of Business Process Model Notation, modeling methodology, business process analysis and the basics of peer to peer lending.Output models are suitable for generating XML documents that can be used to simulate the process of acquisition, used as documentation of a related to acquisition business model segment, real-time modeling, and re-engineering of existing real-world processes. |
