| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza stávajícího procesu finančního plánování, tj. jednotlivých prvků plánových výkazů v jedné z dceřiných společností skupiny innogy SE. V teoretické části se práce zabývá rozdílem mezi chápáním finančního, manažerského a daňového účetnictví. Dále se práce od obecného vymezení controllingu, jeho funkcí, cílů a interakce mezi ostatními odděleními přesouvá pouze do oblasti finančního controllingu, resp. principu finančního plánování. Jsou zde popsány plán, rozpočet a kalkulace a vazby mezi nimi. Dále jsou v teoretické části práce popsány plánové výkazy a jejich tvorba. Nutnou součástí je také stručný popis problematiky řízení procesu a možných metod při „odtučnění“ vybraných dílčích činností v procesu finančního plánování. Praktická část si klade za cíl analyzovat stávající proces finančního plánování prostřednictvím kroků definovaných v teoretické části (podkapitola 6. 1. Řízení procesu), určit úzká místa v procesu, vyčíslit je a navrhnout změny v současném procesu plánování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on analysis of current financial planning process, i. e. particular elements of planned financial statements in one of the subsidiaries company innogy SE. The theoretical part includes a difference between financial, management and tax accounting. Then the thesis goes through general facts about controlling, its function, targets, interaction between other departments to specifically financial controlling area, or more precisely to financial planning principles. There are described plan, budget and calculation. Furthermore, theoretical part includes description of the planned financial statements and their creation. A necessary component of this thesis´s part is a process management issues and choice of appropriate methods through which the financial process can be deflated. A practical part analyzes the current financial process through steps defined in the theoretical part (subchapter 6. 1. Process management), also it defines bottlenecks in process to quantify their benefits and eventually changes coming from bottlenecks, so called kaizens will be suggested. |
