| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii cenných papírů a jejich obchodování. Cílem práce je podat ucelený pohled na vznik a vývoj cenných papírů v Evropě. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol dle druhů cenných papírů. První část každé kapitoly je věnována znakům, funkcím, vlastnostem a české právní úpravě daného cenného papíru, jak ho známe dnes. Druhá část se zabývá historií, ekonomickým a politickým děním s ní související. V práci jsou zmíněny i cenné papíry používané jako měna a finanční deriváty. Poslední kapitola je věnována obchodování cenných papírů a burzám. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on history of securities and their trading. The aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the origin and development of securities in Europe. The thesis is divided into several chapters according to each type of securities. The first part of each chapter is dedicated to typical characteristics of securities and current Czech legal regulation of security trade and market. The second part introduces history of securities and European economic and political situation. In the thesis there are mentioned also securities used as currency and financial derivates. The last chapter focuses on stock exchange and securities trade. |
