| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje aktuálnímu problému zvanému mobbing a jejím cílem je zjistit znalost, povědomí a chápání mobbingu mezi pracovníky okresních soudů a učitelů středních škol v Karlovarském kraji, případně zjistit odlišnosti mezi těmito reprezentativními vzorky. Teoretická část práce definuje a vysvětluje pojmy související s touto problematikou a je oživena světovými studiemi na toto téma. Praktická část obsahuje informace o výzkumech provedených v České republice, svou podstatnou částí se však věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl proveden metodou dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the current problem called mobbing and its aim is to find out the knowledge, awareness and understanding of mobbing among the employees of district courts and secondary school teachers in the Karlovy Vary Region, or to determine differences between these representative samples. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and explains concepts related to this issue and is enriched by world studies on this topic. The practical part contains information about researches carried out in the Czech Republic, but its main part is devoted to the own research, which was conducted by the questionnaire survey method. |
