| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je určit doporučený směr vývoje společnosti Dopravní podnik městLiberce a Jablonce nad Nisou, a.s. založený na strategické analýze okolí podniku apotenciálních hrozbách, které se v něm nacházejí. Teoretická část se opírá o východiska ametodické podklady, které jsou následně použity pro praktickou část. Společnost je hodnocenaz pohledu nezávislého externího pozorovatele s umožněním náhledu do interního fungováníspolečnosti. Doporučení a rozhodnutí je založeno na strategické analýze společnost a jejíchzjištěních. Na základě vybraných hrozeb dochází formulování možných variant budoucíhovývoje podniku. Eliminací nevhodných variant v rozhodovacím procesu je následnědopravnímu podniku doporučeno zajištění autobusové dopravy v Liberci vlastními zdroji bezvyužití služeb subdodavatele dopravy. Pro vybranou variantu je následně sestaven finanční plán. |

| Abstract: | The aim of diploma thesis is to determine the recommended course of development of thecompany Dopravní podnik měst Liberec and Jablonce nad Nisou, a.s. based on a strategicanalysis of the business environment and the potential threats it encounters. The theoretical partis based on the bases and methodological background, which is subsequently used for thepractical part. The company is evaluated from the view of an independent external observerwith an insight into the internal functioning of the company. The recommendations anddecisions are based on a strategic analysis of the company and its findings. Based on the selectedthreats, the possible variants of the future development of the company are formulated. Byeliminating unsuitable variants in the decision-making process, it is recommended to the publictransport company to provide bus transport in Liberec with its own resources without using theservices of a subcontractor. For the selected option, a financial plan is then drawn up. |
