| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zadlužením obcí. Teoretická část je pojata obecně a věnuje se všem obcím na území České republiky. Praktická část se zabývá výhradně obcemi Středočeského kraje, ve kterém se jich nachází ze všech našich krajů nejvíce. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy zhodnocení zadluženosti obcí ve Středočeském kraji, a to v letech 2010-2016. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první řeší obecní dluh, jeho strukturu, příčiny a vývoj v České republice. Druhá kapitola je potom zaměřena na regulaci zadluženosti na našem území, především na monitoring hospodaření obcí. Poslední kapitola se zabývá již zmíněným hodnocením zadluženosti středočeských obcí, a to jak celkově, tak pomocí vybraných ukazatelů zadluženosti. Obce jsou pro účely tohoto hodnocení rozděleny do velikostních kategorií dle počtu obyvatel. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the indebtedness of municipalities. A theoretical part is general and concentrates on all municipalities in the Czech Republic. A practical part focuses on municipalities in the Central Bohemian Region. The main objective of thesis is to evaluate the municipality indebtedness in the Central Bohemian Region in the period 2010-2016. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the municipality debt, its structure, reasons and evolution in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is concentrated on the regulation of indebtedness in our country, primarily on monitoring of the municipalities economic activities. The last chapter is focused on analysis of municipality indebtedness in the Central Bohemia Region in total and by means of indicators of indebtedness. The municipalities are separated to size categories according to population. |
