| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu mapování stakeholderů vybrané neziskové sportovní organizace. Hlavním cílem práce je prostřednictvím metod kvalitativního výzkumu identifikovat, mapovat a prioritizovat stakeholdery dané sportovní organizace, konkrétně USK FM VŠE. Výzkumný vzorek se skládá z jednotlivců či skupin, které byli zmíněni v rámci prvotního dotazování, kdy byla využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu snowball sampling a následně probíhaly polostrukturované rozhovory s nejčastěji zmíněnými hráči, kteří jsou považováni za nejdůležitější stakeholdery. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je pak ucelený přehled stakeholderů USK FM VŠE, jejich charakteristik a jejich důležitosti v rámci organizace. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of stakeholders mapping of a selected non-profit sport organization. The main objective of the thesis is to identify, map and prioritize the stakeholders of the sports organization, namely USK FM VŠE, through qualitative research methods. The research sample consists of individuals or groups that were mentioned within the questioning at the start of the research, using the qualitative research method, specifically snowball sampling. After that followed the semi-structured interviews with the most frequently mentioned players who are the most important stakeholders. The result of this bachelor thesis is a comprehensive overview of the stakeholders of USK FM VŠE, their characteristics and their importance within the organization. |
