| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje investiční činnost vybraných obcí z okresu Rokycany (Břasy, Mirošov, Mýto, Strašice, Zbiroh) ve sledovaném období 2010-2016. Pozornost je věnována především porovnání výše investičních výdajů, jejich využití, získávání investičních dotací či zadluženosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které s povahou diplomové práce souvisejí. Praktická část je rozdělena do 4 podkapitol. V první podkapitole je proveden rozbor hospodaření sledovaných obcí z hlediska investiční činnosti a následně jejich komparace. Druhá podkapitola hodnotí zadluženost obcí pomocí Soustavy informativních a monitorujících ukazatelů a na základě zákona o rozpočtové odpovědnosti (č. 23/2017 Sb.). Poslední dvě podkapitoly práce jsou zaměřené na hodnocení realizovaných a plánovaných investic obce Břasy. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyzes the investment activity of selected municipalities from the Rokycany district (Břasy, Mirošov, Mýto, Strašice, Zbiroh) in the period 2010-2016. Attention is paid to the comparison of the amount of investment expenditures, their utilization, acquisition of investment subsidies and indebtedness. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that are related to the nature of the diploma thesis. The practical part is divided into 4 subchapters. The first subchapter analyzes the management of monitored municipalities in terms of investment activity and then compare them. The second subchapter evaluates the indebtedness of the municipalities through the Information and Monitoring Indicators System and with the use of the Law of Fiscal Responsibility (No. 23/2017 Coll.). The last two subchapters are focused on the evaluation of implemented and planned investments of the municipality Břasy. |
