| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem skladování v logistickém centru firmy Sportisimo. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat procesy skladování ve firmě, vyhodnotit je, zaměřit se na aktuální problémy a úzká místa skladování a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout řešení, jak by se daly procesy případně optimalizovat, vylepšit a zkrátit. Potřebné informace jsou získávány metodou hloubkového rozhovoru s vedoucím centrálního skladu a dalšími zkušenými pracovníky Sportisima v kombinaci s pozorováním. Tato práce nejdříve vymezuje teoretické pojmy z oblasti logistiky, skladování a přibližuje vybrané logistické technologie Just in Time, ABC analýzu, vizualizaci a plýtvání v logistických procesech. Následně tyto poznatky z teorie aplikuje na společnost Sportisimo. V závěru objasňuje zjištěné problémy a navrhuje jejich možná řešení. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis deals with the process of warehousing in the logistics center of Sportisimo. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the processes of warehousing in the company, to evaluate them, to focus on the actual issues and difficulties related to the warehousing and to suggest some improvements based on the findings - how to optimize, improve and shorten the processes. The essential inputs are gained by the in-depth interview method with the warehouse manager and other experienced employees of Sportisimo and by combining the interviews with the observation. Firstly, the thesis defines the theoretical concepts of logistics, warehousing and describes the selected logistics technologies Just in Time, ABC analysis, the visualization and the wasting in the logistics processes. Subsequently these findings from the theory are applied to Sportisimo. In conclusion, the thesis explains the issues identified and suggests their possible improvements. |
