| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout případná doporučení k zefektivnění stávajícího procesu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní teoretická východiska a vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících se získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. V úvodu praktické části je představena vybraná společnost. Následuje analýza získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a vlastní dotazníkové šetření zjišťující spokojenost uchazečů se stávajícími procesy ve společnosti. V závěru práce je současný proces získávání a výběru zhodnocen a jsou formulovány doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this master thesis is to analyze the recruitment and selection process in the company XY, to identify its strengths and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines basic terms and solutions concerning particular problems of recruitment and selection of employees. In the introduction of the practical part there is the company characterization. It is followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection of employees and the questionnaire survey which examines the satisfaction of the applicants with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. In the conclusion of the thesis there are summarized the results of the analysis and presented improvement suggestions. |
