| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je objasnit, jaké nástroje jsou používány při tvorbě značky, jak se ze značky stane brand, popřípadě v čem se tyto pojmy liší a jak se tyto poznatky aplikují v oblasti personalistiky. Součástí práce je též výzkum, jaké faktory ovlivňují pracovníky při rozhodování o jejich zaměstnavateli a následná konfrontace výsledků tohoto průzkumu i teoretických poznatků s aktivitami firmy Amazon, s.r.o., PricewaterhouseCoopers Česká republika, s.r.o. a společnosti Siemens, s.r.o. při tvorbě jejich značky zaměstnavatele. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is to clarify the tools used in the creation of the brand, how the brand becomes an actual „brand“, how these terms differ, and how this knowledge can be applied in the field of human resources. The thesis also includes research of factors influencing candidates, when making the decision about their employer and the subsequent confrontation of the results of this survey and theoretical knowledge with the activities of companies Amazon, s.r.o., PricewaterhouseCoopers Česká republika, s.r.o. and Siemens, s.r.o. in developing their employer brand. |
