| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavními změnami v platebních službách po implementaci nové směrnice o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu (PSD II). Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na souhrnné vymezení právní úpravy platebních služeb, zejména se věnuje jejich úpravě v novém zákoně o platebním styku. V praktické části je pak provedena konkrétní analýza vybraných platebních služeb u vybraných poskytovatelů. Cílem analýzy je zejména porovnat, jaké platební služby poskytují bankovní poskytovatelé platebních služeb a na jaké se naproti tomu orientují nebankovní poskytovatelé platebních služeb. Jako zástupce bankovních poskytovatelů byla vybrána Česká spořitelna a.s., jako nebankovní poskytovatel pak platební instituce Cofidis s. r. o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with main changes in payment services following the implementation of the new Directive on Payment Services in the Internal Market (PSD II). The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the overall definition of the legal regulation of payment services, in particular, it deals with their modification in the new Act No 370/2017 Sb. on Payments. In the practical part, a specific analysis of selected payment services at selected provider is made. The aim of the analysis is to compare, what payment services are provided by banking providers of payment services and which ones are preferred by non-banking payment service providers. Česká spořitelna a.s. was selected as a representative of the banking providers and as for non-banking providers it was Cofidis s.r.o. |
