| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována vývoji IT oddělení v obci s rozšířenou působností. Teoretická část zachycuje základní otázky modernizace veřejné správy, nástrojů eGovernmentu a jeho projektů v obcích. Blíže je představena obec s rozšířenou působností, vedení obce a financování.V praktické části je detailně analyzováno IT oddělení města Humpolec z hlediska historického vývoje, organizační struktury, nástrojů eGovernmentu, projektů eGovernmentu ve městě a jeho financování.V závěru práce je provedeno hodnocení IT oddělení v obci s případnými doporučeními do budoucna. Na základě vykonané analýzy lze konstatovat, že město postupuje podle obecných změn agend z hlediska elektronizace veřejné správy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the IT development of the municipality with extended powers. The theoretical part covers the basic questions of the public administration modernization, the eGovernment tools and it's projects in towns. The municipality with extended powers, it's typical senior management and financing is introduced closely. The practical part comprises the detailed analysis of Humpolec's assessment, focusing on it's historical evolution, the organizational structure, the eGovernment tools, it's projects and financing.In conclusion, the assessment of the IT departments based in the towns with future's possible recommendation are made. Based on this analysis, the town acts according to common changes of the public administration's electronization. |
