| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán na založení sportovní mateřské školy v Praze a následné zhodnocení, za jakých podmínek je tento plán realizovatelný. Nejprve jsou obecně shrnuty a popsány mateřské školy fungující v České republice, následně je popsán teoretický základ podnikání a vytvoření správného podnikatelského plánu při zakládání podnikání. Praktická část se věnuje vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na založení sportovní mateřské školy, včetně analýzy rizik, analýzy okolí a finančního zhodnocení realizovatelnosti projektu za určitých předpokládaných podmínek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for establishing sports kindergarten in Prague and evaluate under what conditions is this business plan feasible. Firstly, is generally summarized and described kindergartens operating in the Czech Republic, and then is described the theoretical basis of the entrepreneurship and the creation of the right business plan when setting up a business. The practical part deals with the creation of a concrete business plan for setting up a sports kindergarten, including risk analysis, environmental analysis and financial evaluation of the project's feasibility under certain presumed conditions. |
