| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo provedení strategické analýzy podniku Rodinný pivovar Bernard, a.s. pomocí zvolených metod strategické a finanční analýzy. Ve své práci se soustřeďuji zejména na analýzu mikroprostředí a makroprostředí podniku, dále analýzu vnitřních zdrojů, PESTLE analýzu, SWOT analýzu a rovněž používám kvantitativní metody finanční analýzy a výpočtu ceny podniku. Celou práci zakončuji návrhem a doporučením pro další strategii rozvoje podniku. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis was to perform a strategic analysis of the family brewery Bernard, a.s. using selected methods of strategic and financial analysis. I focus mainly on analysing the micro- and macroenvironment of the company, as well as its internal resources. I also conducted both a PESTLE and a SWOT analysis. Furthermore, I use quantitative methods of financial analysis and calculated the value of the company. I conclude this thesis with a proposal and strategy recommendation for further business development. |
