| Abstract: | Disertační práce se zabývá tématem zákaznických znalostí a vztahů firem se zákazníky. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní oblasti související s tématem práce: znalostní management, řízení vztahů se zákazníky a řízení zákaznických znalostí. Dále práce obsahuje rozbor teoretických a empirických studií na téma zákaznických znalostí. Ve výzkumné části je představen výzkum v českých malých a středních firmách z oblasti služeb, který se zaměřuje na řízení vztahů se zákazníky a zapojení zákazníků a zákaznických znalostí. Výsledkem je ověření hypotéz výzkumu a soubor závěrů následovaný diskusí. |

| Abstract: | The dissertation thesis covers the topic of customer knowledge and relationships between companies and customers. In the theoretical part, the basis concerning related topics (knowledge management, customer relationship management, customer knowledge management) is defined. In the following part theoretical and empirical studies are analysed. In the research part the research of Czech small and medium companies in the service industry is presented. The research focuses on customer relationship management, customer knowledge management and customer involvement. The hypotheses are verified, and the result is discussed with the theoretical and emprirical studies. |
