| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce ČR a poté navrhnout národohospodářská doporučení pro stát ke zlepšení situace. V teoretické části vymezuji základní pojmy související s trhem práce, nezaměstnaností, politikou zaměstnanosti a osobami se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části využívám metodu analýzy a srovnávání ke zhodnocení situace osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce a také ke zhodnocení dopadů vybraných nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti na zkoumanou skupinu. V praktické části jsou také rozhovory skrze dotazníková šetření s firemními personalisty z terciárního sektoru, kteří zastupují poptávku na trhu práce. Z výsledků analýz je zjištěno, že se postavení osob se zdravotním postižením zlepšilo od roku 2007 do roku 2017. Zjišťuji také dopady jednotlivých nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti na zkoumanou skupinu. Z rozhovorů skrze dotazníková šetření získávám důležité poznatky o obavách zaměstnavatelů při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a doporučení ke zlepšení situace zkoumané skupiny na trhu práce. Na základě jednotlivých analýz navrhuji národohospodářská doporučení pro stát. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the status of people with disabilities in the labour market in the Czech Republic and then to suggest the national economic recommendations to improve the situation. In the theoretical part I define the basic concepts related with the labour market, the unemployment, the employment policy and people with disabilities. In the practical part I use the methods of analysis and comparison to evaluate the situation of people with disabilities on the labour market and to evaluate the impacts of the selected instruments of the employment policy on the researched group. In the practical part there are also interviews through the questionnaire research with the corporate personnel from the tertiary sector, which represent the demand in the labour market. The results of the analyses reveal that the status of people with disabilities has improved from 2007 to 2017. I also find out the impact of the individual instruments of the employment policy on the researched group. From interviews through questionnaire research I get important knowledge about the concerns of employers in the employment of people with disabilities and recommendations to improve the situation of the researched group on the labour market. On the basis of individual analyses I am able to propose national economic recommendations for the state. |
