| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením českého chmelařského sektoru a jeho zahraničního obchodu s chmelovými produkty v letech 2010-2017. Teoretická část je zaměřena na význam zemědělství, resp. chmelařství pro ekonomiku státu. Dále přibližuje historický vývoj a specifika pěstování chmele. Na základě analýzy provedené v praktické části práce je zjištěno, že obor chmelařství zaznamenává v posledních letech rozkvět. Z výsledků ze statisticky sledovaných ukazatelů o exportu, importu a bilanci zahraničního obchodu bylo dále určeno, že klíčovými obchodními partnery jsou asijské státy Čína, Japonsko, Vietnam a v rámci Evropy Německo. Pro český export jsou nejdůležitějším produktem chmelové granule typu 90 a nejvíce je žádána odrůda Žatecký poloraný červeňák. Hlavním přínosem práce je zhodnocení celkového stavu chmelařství České republiky a exportu a importu podle struktury a teritorií. Dále jsou uvedeny silné a slabé stránky sektoru a návrhy opatření, které by podpořily jeho udržitelnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the Czech hop industry and its foreign trade in hop products in 2010-2017. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of agriculture, mainly hops for the state economy. It also describes the historical development and specifics of hops growing. Based on the analysis carried out in the practical part of the thesis, it is established that the field of hops has been growing in recent years. From the results from statistically monitored indicators on export, import and foreign trade balance, it was further determined that the key trading partners are the Asian countries China, Japan, Vietnam and in Europe it is Germany. For Czech exports, the most important product is hops type 90, and the most popular variety is Žatecký poloraný červeňák. The main benefit of the thesis is the assessment of the overall state of the Czech Republic's hops and export and import by structure and territory. In addition, there are strengths and weaknesses of the sector and proposals for measures to support its sustainability. |
