| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl identifikovat parciální vlivy stárnutí populace a jeho dopad na penzijní systém v České republice. V teoretické části identifikuji demografický vývoj společnosti a popisuji aspekty důchodového systému České republiky, kde poukazuji i na jeho reformy v čase. V první subkapitole praktické části analyzuji současný a budoucí stav demografické situace, v druhé pak politickou situaci a vývoj veřejných výdajů. V části diskuze poukazuji na možná rizika do budoucna. V závěru práce zhodnocuji vliv stárnutí populace na růst veřejných výdajů na penzijní systém a poukazuji na nutnost reformy důchodového systému. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor project aims at identifying the partial effects of population aging and its impact on the pension system in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, I identify the demographic development of the society and describe the aspects of the pension systém of the Czech Republic, where I also refer to its reforms over time. In the first subchapter of the practical part I analyze the current and future demographic situation, in the second one the political situation and the development of public expenditures. In part of the discussion, I point to possible risks in the future. At the conclusion of the project I evalute the impact of population aging on the growth of public expenditures on the pension systém and point to the necessity of reforming the pension system. |
