| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení dostupnosti sociální infrastruktury pro seniory v Karlových Varech. Teoretická část práce se věnuje pojmu sociální politika a jejím typům. Dále je charakterizován pojem sociální služba a sociální infrastruktura. Jsou uvedeny druhy sociálních služeb, způsoby financování a právní úprava. Druhá část je věnována analýze současné situace sociální vybavenosti pro seniory města Karlovy Vary. K tomu slouží data dostupná z veřejné databáze ČSÚ a Registru poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Na základě poznatků získaných ze dvou rozhovorů je uveden návrh projektového záměru, který je v souladu s prioritními cíli z oblasti sociálních služeb uvedených ve Strategickém dokumentu města Karlovy Vary. Z práce plyne, že současná nabídka sociálních služeb pro seniory je nedostačující, nicméně Magistrát města Karlovy Vary se snaží tuto situaci řešit a počítá se stárnutím populace do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the accessibility of social infrastructure for the elderly in Carlsbad. The theoretical part deals with the concept of social policy. It is also characterized the concept of social service and social infrastructure. The part mentioned types of social services, financing methods and legal regulations. The second part deals with analysis of the present situation of social infrastructure for the elderly in Carlsbad. The data is available from the public database of the Czech Statistical Office and the Register of Social Service Providers. Based on two interviews is presented a project which is based on priority area of the social services mentioned in the strategic document of sustainable development in the city of Carlsbad. This thesis found that the current supply of social services for the elderly is insufficient, but Carlsbad´s municipality is trying to solve this situation and counts among the ageing of the population in the future. |
