| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vícekriteriální analýzou znečišťovatelů životního prostředí v ČR. Konkrétně je zaměřena na oblast znečišťování ovzduší. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí. V první části je zahrnuta teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování, základní pojmy a popis využitých metod. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na problematiku znečišťování. Je popsán integrovaný registr znečišťování, který je zdrojem analyzovaných dat. Dále je tato část věnována neziskové organizaci Arnika zabývající se touto problematikou a jsou zmíněny související. Závěrečná, praktická část se soustředí na sestavení žebříčku společností a provozoven, které jsou největšími znečišťovateli na našem území. V rámci analýzy jsou využity metody WSA, TOPSIS a ELECTRE III. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the analysis of environmental polluters in the Czech Republic. It focuses on air pollution in more detail. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the theory of multicriteria analysis, basic terms and provides description of the methods used. Second chapter focuses on the issues of pollution. It provides description of the Integrated pollution register, which is the source of analysed data. Furthermore, this part is dedicated to the description of Arnika, a Czech non-governmental organization, active in the field of pollution and there is a brief description of trends in the area of air pollution, too. The final part of the thesis is the practical one, focusing on the preparation of the list of operators and their installations, which are among the biggest polluters in the country. For this purposes WSA, TOPSIS and ELECTRE III methods are used. |
