Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat konkurenci podniku Bumper Balls a určit hrozby, které na podnik působí. V teoretické části vymezím pojmy jako je marketing, marketingový mix, 4P, Porterova analýza pěti sil a mystery shopping. V praktické části zanalyzuji nynější marketingové aktivity podniku a rozřadím je do marketingového mixu. Dále zanalyzuji konkurenci dle Porterova modelu pěti sil a vyhledám nejzávažnější hrozby. Provedu mystery shopping mezi konkurenty v odvětví a porovnám je s vlastním podnikem. Na základě toho zformuluji doporučení, jakým směrem by se měla má firma dále ubírat.

Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis will be analysis of marketing strategies and competition of my small company Bumper Balls. I will also explain which threats have impact on my company. In theoretical part I will define terms like marketing, marketing mix, 4P, Porter´s five forces analysis and mystery shopping. In practical part I will analyse company´s current marketing activities, which I will divide into marketing mix parts. Also, I will make analysis of competition according to Porter´s five forces model and will describe the biggest threads. Next part will be mystery shopping between my competitors which I will compare with my company. In the end I will formulate recommendations and direction what my company should be heading to.
