| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem spojeným se stárnutím populace, a to zejména celospolečenským pohledem na populaci seniorů v dnešní době. Práce si klade za cíl upozornit na možné důsledky tohoto demografického jevu s tím, že je nutné hledat nejen cesty a možnosti zmírňování možných negativních dopadů, ale také pozitivní přístup a příležitosti, jak stárnutí populace využít. Z tohoto důvodu jsou v práci vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se tématu včetně charakteristik současných seniorů. Dále je zpracována analýza vývoje složení populace České republiky, z pohledu ekonomických generací, v období let 1999 až 2016, včetně stavu v jednotlivých krajích České republiky k 31.12.2016 dle dat Českého statistického úřadu. Součástí práce je také analýza sociálních služeb zaměřených na seniory, a to především z hlediska jejich kapacit a rozložení v jednotlivých krajích České republiky dle dat za rok 2016 publikovaných Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí. Závěr tvoří shluková analýza krajů na základě věkové struktury populace a kapacit sociálních služeb pro seniory. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with topic concerning population aging from the point view of societal nowadays. This thesis aims to point out at the possible consequences of this demographic phenomenon and looking for solutions that will minimalize possible negative impacts and for opportunities how to use population aging in positive sense. For these reasons this thesis includes the characteristics of temporary senior population, including definition of basic terms. Part of this thesis also analyses population composition in Czech Republic from economic generation in period between year 1999 and year 2016 point of view including the situation as of 31.12.2016 according to Czech statistical office. This thesis also analyses services provided to seniors in terms of their capacities and their distribution in regions of Czech Republic in 2016 according to data published by Ministry of Work and Social Affairs. Finally, the last part of this thesis processing cluster analyses of the regions based on structure of population age and capacities of social services for seniors. |
