| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část shrnuje teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury a vysvětluje klíčové pojmy související s tématem získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizacích. Praktická část popisuje proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Mercedes-Benz. Praktická část je zpracována na základě rozhovoru s personalistkou Mercedes-Benz, interních informací společnosti a jejích internetových stránek. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat teoretické informace s podnikovou praxí v Mercedes-Benz, dále zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a návrhy na zlepšení tohoto procesu. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees. The Bachelor's thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge from the specialized literature and explains key terms related to the recruitment and selection of employees in organizations. The practical part describes the process of recruiting and selecting employees in Mercedes-Benz. The practical part is based on an interview with Mercedes-Benz's personnel officer, as well as on information contained in the annual reports of the company and its website. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to compare the theoretical information with the common practice in Mercedes-Benz, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the process of recruitment and selection of employees and to suggest possible improvements. |
