| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Jejím cílem je analýza faktorů motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců a následné vytvoření souboru doporučení, která budou mít za následek celkové zefektivnění motivačního systému. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je na základě odborné literatury objasněna základní terminologie týkající se motivace a odměňování. Druhá část je věnována již samotné analýze motivačního systému. Zde je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a nastíněn současný motivační systém, který je následně zhodnocen přímo zaměstnanci společnosti, pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky společnosti a na základě zjištěných informací vytvořen soubor doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis deals with motivation of employees in the selected company. Its aim is to analyze factors which influence motivation of employees and to come up with a set of recommendations that should lead to increase in motivation and higher satisfaction among employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes basic terminology of motivation and remuneration. The second part analyzes the motivational program. Which contains presentation of the selected company and the current motivational program, which is directly evaluated by the employees. At the end of the thesis strengths and weaknesses of the company are summarized and based on findings, a set of recommendations is suggested. |
