| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh práce Kraje Vysočina a Jihočeského kraje v letech 2005 až 2017. Cílem práce je zhodnocení situace na trhu práce již zmíněných krajů ve sledovaném období a zhodnocení vlivu počtu vysokých škol na nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol. Práce se také zabývá tím, jestli absolventi v kraji po dostudování vysoké školy zůstávají či odchází pracovat jinam. K dosažení cíle práce byla užita metoda dotazníkového šetření, analýza či srovnání. Na konci této práce bylo vyvráceno, že velký počet vysokých škol v daném kraji znamená vyšší nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol a zároveň bylo potvrzeno, že se absolventi po studiu nevrací do rodného kraje, ale zůstávají v kraji, ve kterém vystudovali vysokou školu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyzes the labor market of the Vysočina Region and the South Bohemian Region between 2005 and 2017. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the labor market situation of the mentioned regions between the years and to evaluate the influence of the number of universities on the unemployment of graduates of universities. The thesis also deals with whether graduates stay in the region after graduation at university or leave to work elsewhere. The method of questionnaire survey, analysis or comparison was used to achieve the goal. At the end of this work, it was denied that a high number of universities in the region meant high unemployment of university graduates, and at the same time it was confirmed that graduates did not return to their native country after graduation, but remained in the country where they graduated from university. |
