| Abstract: | Sociální bydlení je v posledních letech v České republice poměrně diskutované téma. Řeší se především definování sociálního bydlení a vznik zákona, který by mu poskytoval právní rámec a ukotvení. V bakalářské práci se snažím zmapovat vývoj a trendy v oblasti sociálního bydlení v České republice, a především ve Středočeském kraji v letech 2015 až 2017. V první části práce se věnuji teoretickému základu pro zvolené téma. Následně rozebírám organizační strukturu a cíle Koncepce sociálního bydlení České republiky 2015 – 2025. V závěru práce zkoumám Střednědobý plán rozvoje sociálních služeb ve Středočeském kraji na období 2015 – 2019. Cílem práce je analýza primárních a sekundárních dokumentů, které se danému tématu věnují, a jejich následné vyhodnocení. Výsledky práce poukazují na nedostatečné fungování systému sociálního bydlení v České republice a na nutnost přijetí zákona o sociálním bydlení. |

| Abstract: | Social housing has been a fairly discussed topic in the Czech Republic in recent years, addressing definition of social housing and the creation of a law, which would provide its legal framework. In the bachelor thesis I am trying to map the development and trends in the field of social housing in the Czech Republic, mainly in the Central Bohemian Region between 2015 and 2017. In the first part of my thesis I deal with the theoretical basis for the chosen topic. Subsequently, I am trying to analyze the organizational structure and objectives of the Concept of Social Housing of the Czech Republic from 2015 to 2025. At the end of my work I study the Medium-term Plan for the Development of Social Services in the Central Bohemian Region for the period 2015 – 2019. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the primary and secondary documents dealing with the topic, as well as its subsequent evaluation. The results of the work should emphasize the insufficient functioning of the social housing system in the Czech Republic and to the need to adopt the Social Housing Act. |
