| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je komparace penzijních systémů v České republice a ve Spojených státech amerických podle stavu v roce 2017. Teoretická část práce představuje klasifikaci penzijních systémů, což poskytuje ucelený teoretický základ pro snazší porozumění následujících částí. Praktická část se věnuje analýze a srovnání penzijních systémů ve sledovaných zemích dle jednotlivých pilířů. Dále je provedena komparace demografického vývoje a kvality života důchodců na základě náhradového poměru. Bakalářská práce dochází k závěru, že penzijní systém je lépe nastaven ve Spojených státech amerických, a na základě toho autorka navrhuje vylepšení pro Českou republiku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is comparison of the pension systems in the Czech Republic and the United States of America, according to the status in 2017. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces a classification of pension systems, which provides a compact theoretical foundation for better understanding of subsequent part. The practical part focuses on the analysis and comparison of the pension systems in monitored countries by individual pillars. Furthermore, there is made a comparison of the demographic developments and the quality of life of pensioners based on income replacement rate. The bachelor thesis concludes that the pension system is set better in the United States of America and on this basis, the author proposes improvements for the Czech Republic. |
