| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je komparace druhého důchodového pilíře v České republice a na Slovensku v letech 2005 až 2017 z pohledu výhodnosti pro obyvatele dané země. Práce popisuje a rozebírá klasifikaci penzijních systémů podle financování a typů penzijních plánů. Dále je popsána historie důchodových systémů v České republice a na Slovensku a průběh reformy důchodového systému se zavedením fondového pilíře v obou zkoumaných zemích. V praktické části autorka analyzuje, který systém je výhodnější na základě náhradového poměru, přičemž využívá mikroekonomický model s příjmově typizovanými jedinci se stanovenými předpoklady. Práce dochází k závěru, že systém v České republice se jeví jako výhodnější. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is a comparison of the second pillar of the pension systems in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia in the period of 2005 to 2017, with respect to the profitability for the population of the given countries. The thesis describes and analyses classification of the pension systems based on their funding and the types of pension plans. Furthermore, histories of the pension systems in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia are explored, and the course of the establishment of the fully-funded pension system pillars in these countries described. In the practical part of the thesis, the profitability of the Czech and the Slovak system is compared on the basis of the income replacement rate. For this analysis, the microeconomic model with income-typified individuals with specified assumptions is used. The thesis concludes that the system in the Czech Republic is more profitable than the Slovak one. |
