| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a komparovat politiku zaměstnanosti v České republice a Řecku v letech 2007–2017. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pojmy z oblasti politiky zaměstnanosti, jaké jsou její cíle a formy financování. Zaměřím se také na nezaměstnanost, její typy a sociálně-ekonomické důsledky. Neopomenu se zmínit o aktivní a pasivní politice zaměstnanosti, a to v obou zemích. V praktické části jsou nejprve obě země analyzovány jednotlivě, a poté jsou výsledky analýzy komparovány. Důraz je kladen na efektivnost prováděných politik v jednotlivých, komparovaných zemích, minimální mzdu a na možnosti podpory v případě nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis and comparison of employment policies in The Czech Republic and Greece in the period of time 2007–2017. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic overview of employment policy, its types and socio-economic implications. I will not forget to mention active and passive policies in both countries. In the practical part, firstly the two countries are analysed individually, and then the results of the analysis are compared. Emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the policies implemented in the individual, compared countries, the minimum wage and the possibilities of support in the case of unemployment. |
