| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat a analyzovat vývoj systému a financování předškolního a primárního vzdělávání v České republice z makroekonomického hlediska v letech 2000 – 2017. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů z oblasti vzdělávání, vzdělávacího systému ČR s důrazem na předškolní a primární vzdělávání, způsob jejich financování a moderní trendy v těchto oblastech školství. V praktické části se nejprve podává přehled a analýza vývoje veřejných výdajů ČR na vzdělávání, dále se pozornost věnuje normativnímu financování v obou oblastech samostatně, přičemž jsou následně komparovány. Práce si rovněž všímá mzdových nákladů, objasňuje vliv demografického vývoje na obě zkoumané oblasti a porovnává postavení ČR v zemích OECD. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is describing and analysing of preschool and primary educational system in the Czech Republic and its funding with respect to macroeconomics in the period of time 2000 – 2017. The teoretical part of the thesis descibes basic overview of education and its system in the Czech Republic in particular to preschool and primary education, the means of its funding and incoming trends in this areas of the Czech educational system. The practical part of the thesis provides the general knowledge for public expenditure of the educational system in the Czech Republic and analyses them. This part also focuses on normative funding in preschool and primary education, labour costs, effects of demographical development on this educational system and its funding and comparases the rank of the Czech Republic in OECD. |
