| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje Historické síni obce Tetína, kterou lze označit za obecní muzeum. Vzhledem k plánované rekonstrukci objektu a realizaci nové stálé expozice je záměrem této práce nastínit možnosti profesionalizace Historické síně, tak aby došlo ke zkvalitnění prezentace lokálního kulturního dědictví jak pro rezidenty obce, tak pro její návštěvníky. Práce charakterizuje obec Tetín, její historii, památkové a přírodní bohatství, potenciál obce z hlediska turismu a aktéry lokální kultury. Teoretická část nastíní problematiku muzejnictví. Praktická část zahrnuje východiska pro profesionalizaci činnosti, ideový záměr nové stálé expozice, možnosti jejího financování a doporučení z pohledu strategického managementu a marketingu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the Historical Hall of Tetín which can be described as a municipal museum. Due to the planned reconstruction of the building and the realization of a new permanent exhibition, the aim of this thesis is to outline the possibilities for professionalization of the Historical Hall to improve the presentation of the local cultural heritage for the residents and for visitors. The thesis characterizes municipality Tetín, its history, monumental and natural heritage, the tourism potential and actors of local culture. The theoretical part outlines the issues of museums. The practical part includes the starting point for professionalization of the activities, the ideological intent of a new permanent exhibition, the possibilities of its financing and strategic management and marketing recommendations. |
