| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o strategické analýze dopravní společnosti Leo Express Global, a.s. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlením pojmů strategie, strategické řízení a analýzám vnitřního a vnějšího podnikového prostředí. Praktická část se opírá o teoretický základ, který byl stanoven jako předpoklad k úspěšné strategické analýze firmy. Nabízí praktický pohled na současnou situaci na trhu dopravy a ukazuje možný směr vývoje firmy. Analýza se především soustředí na trh v České republice, jelikož společnost je aktivně v sedmi zemích střední a východní Evropy a každý jednotlivý trh se liší ať už politicko-legislativními, tak i ekonomickými podmínkami V závěru práce je uvedeno několik možností formulace strategie na základě poznatků získaných z praktické části práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the strategic analysis of multimodal Czech company Leo Express Global, a. s. The theoretic part describes concept of Strategy, Strategic management and the analysis of internal and external environment of the company. The practical part is based on the theoretical basis, which was set as a prerequisite for a successful strategic analysis of the company and brings practical point on the situation on the rail and bus transport market in the Czech republic and shows the possible direction in further development. The strategic analysis is primarily dedicated to the Czech market, because company operates in other 7 countries of the central and eastern Europe and each market differs from political to legislative and economic conditions is different with legal, political and economical situation. Thesis is conceded with several possibilities in further development, based on the strategy from the practical part of the bachelor thesis. |
