| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sdílenou ekonomikou a jejími vlivy na konzumní společnost.Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy, která zodpoví otázky, zda a jak sdílenáekonomika působí na konzumní společnost a jestli její vlivy zmírňují negativní dopadykonzumu na životní prostředí. Dále práce zodpovídá otázku, zda je postavení sdílenéekonomiky na trhu udržitelné a pro společnost prospěšné. Analýza dostupných studií ukázala,že sdílená ekonomika konzumní společnost ovlivňuje pozitivně i negativně. Pozitivně jeovlivněna environmentální a společenská sféra, čímž došlo ke zodpovězení druhé otázky,protože bylo prokázáno, že některé ze služeb mají příznivý vliv na životní prostředí. Nadruhé straně postavení sdílené ekonomiky na trhu je v mnoha případech kontroverzní. Svýmnejasným postavením negativně ovlivňuje právní a ekonomickou sféru, kdy kvůlinedostatečné regulaci a nedodržování zákonů jsou ohrožena tradiční odvětví a spotřebitelnemá dostatečnou ochranu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the shared economy and its effects on the consumer society.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform an analysis which will answer the questionwhether and how the shared economy is active in the consumer society and whether its effectsmitigate the negative impacts of consumption on the environment. Furthermore, the thesisanswers the question of whether the position of a shared economy in the market is sustainableand beneficial to society. An analysis of available studies has shown that the shared economyhas a positive and negative impact on the consumer society. The environmental and socialspheres are positively influenced, thus answering the second question as it has been proventhat some of the services have a positive impact on the environment. On the other hand, theposition of the shared economy in the market is controversial in many cases. Its unclearposition affects the legal and economic spheres where, due to the lack of regulation and noncompliance,the traditional sector is at risk and the consumer does not have sufficientprotection. |
