| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování realistického podnikatelského plánu společnosti Bitcointěžba s.r.o., jeho vyhodnocení na základě vhodných ukazatelů a následně výběr správné podnikatelské strategie. Společnost Bitcointěžba, s.r.o. se zaměřuje na poradenství v rámci problematiky Bitcoinu a jeho těžby, nakup a instalace potřebného hardware a poskytování technického servisu pro své zákazníky. V prvních kapitolách této práce jsou shrnuty základní charakteristiky odvětví podnikání společnosti, problematika Bitcoinu a blockchainu. Další častí práce jsou pak věnovaný analýze trhu, samotnému zpracování podnikatelského plánu a vytvoření finančního plánu společnosti na první dva roky podnikáni. V poslední kapitole dochází k vyhodnocení vhodnosti investice do podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create and evaluate a business plan of the company Bitcointěžba s.r.o. according to the suitable methods. The company focuses on providing consulting services in the field of Bitcoin mining. It also mediates purchases and installation of the hardware and provides technical service for the customers. The first chapters of this thesis summarize the basic characteristics of the company's business sector and the basic characteristics of Bitcoin and blockchain. Following parts of the work are devoted to market analysis and the creation of the company's business financial plan for the first two years. The last chapter evaluates the suitability of the investment in this particular business model. |
