| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současnou situaci na pracovním trhu v daném regionu, identifikovat příčiny nezaměstnanosti. Přínosem práce bude navržení opatření a doporučení ke snížení nezaměstnanosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, týkající se trhu práce a problematiky nezaměstnanosti a shrnuty teoretická východiska. V praktické části je provedena analýza základních ukazatelů nezaměstnanosti, vysvětleny způsoby aktivní politiky nezaměstnanosti městského okruhu a jsou také představeny rozhovory s bývalými pracovníky největšího podniku města. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation on the labor market in the region, to identify the causes of unemployment. The work will benefit from proposing measures and recommendations for reducing unemployment. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the labor market and the problems of unemployment and summarized the theoretical basis. The practical part analyzes the basic indicators of unemployment, explains measures of active unemployment policy of the city, and presents interviews with former employees of the city's largest enterprise are also presented. |
