| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metody 5S v administrativní části vybrané společnosti. Jedná se o společnost Bosal ČR s.r.o. v Brandýse nad Labem, která působí v automobilovém průmyslu. Projekt implementace metody 5S se týká především pracovních stolů, prostor kanceláří a také společných prostor. Pomocí prvotního výzkumu lze odhalit problémy, které se v administrativní části vyskytují a které lze metodou 5S eliminovat či zlepšit. Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh implementace 5S a jeho následná realizace ve společnosti. Závěrem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení stavu po zavedení 5S v administrativní části společnosti. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá podrobnou analýzou stavu kanceláří před a po zavedení také pomocí měření. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the 5S method in the administrative part of the selected company. The company is Bosal ČR s.r.o. in Brandys nad Labem, which operates in the automotive industry. The implementation of the 5S method concerns primarily office desks, offices and also common areas. Through the primary research, it is possible to reveal problems that occur in the administrative part. These problems could be eliminated or improved by the 5S method. The aim of this diploma thesis is the plan of implementation of 5S and its subsequent implementation in the company. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the condition after the implementation of 5S in the administrative part of the company. The work also deals with a detailed analysis of the condition of the office before and after implementation through the measurement. |
